Every real estate deal and negotiation requires research and due diligence to ensure that all options are considered. The RE Transaction sub-module allows you to compile data in one central location and track the steps you need to take when researching your options.

A REClosed Real Estate transaction is a record type that is tied to a site or a RE contract. Each RE transaction is tied to one or more RE scenarios, and each scenario is linked to either a site or a contract. Each RE scenario represents an option that you must carefully research and consider throughout the course of your transaction.
