Change and reset your password

Within Lucernex, you can change your password. You can reset your password from the sign in page if you have forgotten it.

Change your password

To change your password from the Lucernex My Options page:

1. Sign into Lucernex.

2. Click Tools in the Toolbar located in the upper-right corner of the window.

3. Select My Options.

4. Enter your Old Password.

5. Enter New password and Confirm new password.

6. Select Update.

Reset your password

1. On the Lucernex sign in page, enter your Username and Firm, then select Next.

2. Click Forgot password.

3. Enter your Username and Firm, then select Email Password Reset Link.

4. In the Password Reset email, select Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, confirm it, then select Reset Password.

6. Sign in with your new password.
