Manage your password

Within Lucernex, you can change your password. You can reset your password from the sign in page if you have forgotten it.

Change your password

To change your password from the Lucernex My Options page:

1. Sign into Lucernex.

2. Click Tools in the Toolbar located in the upper-right corner of the window.

3. Select My Options.

4. In Old Password, enter your current password.

5. Enter your New Password and confirm it.

6. Click Update Password.

Reset your password

1. On the Lucernex sign in page, enter your Username and Firm, then click Next.

2. Click Forget password?.

3. Enter your Username and Firm, then click Email Password Reset Link.

4. In the Password Reset email, click Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, confirm it, then click Reset Password.

6. Sign in with your new password.
