Parcel

The Parcel module helps you manage the parcel access records and property taxes associated with the lots, plots, or land you own. Parcels are children to locations, and parcels can be linked to one or more RE contracts.

The Parcel Access sub-module allows you to track information about who has access to the property—information such as deeds, easements, and right-of-ways. The Property Taxes sub-module allows you to track and manage tax assessments, tax bills, and tax appeals, as well as generate tax payments and recoveries associated with your property taxes.
