Email Log - Data / PS Tools

The Email Log page of the Data / PS Tools section of the System Administrator Dashboard allows you to review emails sent outbound from Lucernex.

Note:

Bidders are BCC’d instead of CC’d on email notifications. However, in the email log, BCC’d Bidders are listed in the Skipped column.

To use the email log:

  1. Click Admin in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.

    The System Administrator Dashboard page opens.

  2. Click Email Log link in the Data / PS Tools section.

    The Outbound Email Log page opens.

  3. Enter or select the appropriate search criteria in the following filters:

    The Outbound Email Log page provides you with a list of filters you can use when searching the email log. Please note that these filters are all optional.

    • "To/CC" Contains: Enter the email address of any recipients that the email may have been sent to.

    • "Email Body" Contains: Enter any terms which may have been contained in the email.

    • Sent?: Select one of three options: Either, Yes, or No.

      This filter is used to determine whether the email was sent or not.

    • "Subject" Contains: Enter the subject line of the email.

    • Nightly Alert?: Select one of three options: Either, Yes, or No.

      This filter is used to determine whether this email was generated as a part of a nightly alert.

    • Name: Enter the entity name.

    • Entity Type: Select the entity type.

    • Between / And date filters: Enter the date range you want to search. Additionally, you can also use the Time fields and options to specify a time range.

      You can also click Calendar A small button with a picture of a calendar on it. to open the Date Picker and select the appropriate date.

  4. Click Show Entries.

    The emails which match your search criteria appear in the table. If no emails appear, modify your search criteria and try again.
