Standard Fields - Parts Custom Lists
The standard fields in the table below appear as options in the Standard Field in the Add Report / Form Field window for parts custom lists.

| Budget | This field allows you to select a budget type to associate with the custom list. |
| Budget Cost | This field allows you to enter a cost for a budget line item. The value of this field is added to your budget. We strongly recommend that you do not allow vendors to have edit-access to this field. |
| Client List Row ClientID | The ClientID field is a free form text field that can be used when importing data to uniquely look up a record for update. This record identifier can either be system-generated or defined by the user upon the initial import of record data. The ClientID has the database name "BOMapClientRecordID". |
| Client List Row RecID | This field contains a Base Entity System Identifier for your record. It is assigned automatically by the system, and is not editable. |
| Client List Row Type | If this field's value is Part, this is a part custom list. If this field's value is Standard, it is a standard custom list. |
| Cost Per Part | This field allows you to enter the unit cost per part. |
| Equipment | This field allows you to select an asset to associate with a custom list item. |
| List Association Field | This field returns the user interface label of the field that contains the custom list record. |
| Modified By | The Modified By is a system-populated field which captures the name of the member who made a change to a record. |
| Modified Date | The Modified Date is a system-populated field which captures the date that a modification is made to a record. |
| Object RecID | This field contains a Base Entity System Identifier for your record. It is assigned automatically by the system, and is not editable. |
| Part | This field allows you to select a part record. |
| Part Package | This field allows you to select a part package record. |
| Part Package Quantity | This field allows you to enter a quantity of part packages. |
| Part Quantity | This field allows you to enter a quantity of parts. |
| Related Facility | This field allows you to select a related facility. |
| Related Project | This field allows you to select a related project. |
| Related Site | This field allows you to select a related site. |
| Sales Vendor | This field allows you to select a sales vendor from a list. |
