Create a Logo Field
Add or update a firm logo field in Lucernex and change the firm logo in the header. Only system administrators can do this. Contact your system administrator if do not have access to the settings described below and you believe you should.

Add a logo

Go to Admin > Company Administration > Manage Data Fields .

Select plus
next to the Program Summary Information parent group. -
Select plus
next to the Program Summary Information sub-group. -
Select Add Field in the right-most column of the Program Summary Information sub-group row.

Complete the fields in the window that opens:

Label: Label in the format CompanyName UI
User interface. The pages and screens you interact with in Lucernex. Logo. -
Field Name: Field name according to your company’s field naming convention.
For example, UDF_UILogo.

Table Association: Select Program.

Global Form Field Type: Select sTYPE_FIRM_LOGO.
Leave Required?, Read Only?, Data Group, and Default Value unchanged.

Select Add.
The field is created. Next, add an image to the field.

Select plus
next to the Program Summary Information parent group. -
Select plus
next to the Program Summary Information sub-group. -
Click Edit.
This link appears in the row for the logo field you created.

In the window that opens, select Upload Logo .
This appears below Data Group. When uploading to a field that already has an image, the image loads above Upload Logo. It may take a few seconds to load the image.

In the Upload dialog, select Choose File .

Select the file to upload.

Select Upload.
