Import a Report

You can import a report that has been shared with you. To avoid compatibility issues, we recommend that you only import reports exported from an environment with the same version of Lucernex. For example, do not import a report exported from 24.08 Production into 24.10 UAT and vice versa.

1. Click Admin in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.

   The System Administrator Dashboard page opens.

2. Click Import Data in the Company Administration column.

   The Import Data page opens.

3. Click Browse.

4. Select the report file you want to then click Open.

   The Upload dialog box closes.

5. Click Import.

6. When the import is complete, , click Reports in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.

   

7. Enter the report name in Search in the upper-right corner of the Reports pane.
