Folder Security Reports
You can create company reports that return data about your folder security.
If a folder in your folder template uses Default security, the value of the Security Setting field will return blank.
Create a Folder Security Report
To create a folder security report:

Click Reports in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.
The Reports page opens.

Select the Create / Modify Report tab.
The Create new report window opens.

Select the A New Report option.
This option allows you to create a report without any prior configurations.

Click Next.

Select the Company Report option.

Select Folder Template from the drop-down menu below the Company Report label.

Click Build Report.
Report Builder opens.
Relevant Fields for your Report
The following fields are available for folder security reports:

Available Fields > Documents > Folders > Folder Template Name
The Folder Template Name allows you to filter your report to a specific folder template.

Available Fields > Documents > Folder Security > Folder
This field is also a foreign key field. A Foreign Key field is a field that links one type of record—or object—to another. Learn more about foreign key fields.
The Folder foreign key allows you to access shine-through fields associated with the Folder database table. For example, the shine through fields you see when expanding the Folder foreign key include the folder name, the parent folder, subscriber job titles, and so on.

If the folder uses the Default security setting, the value for this field will return blank.
