Switch Organizations and Environments

Switch between organizations and environments if you have accounts in multiple organizations, environments, or both.

Switch organizations and environments

Follow these steps to switch organizations or environments:

1. Sign out of your current environment.
2. On the sign-in screen, select Log in to a different organization.
3. Enter the Environment name and Organization name, and then select Continue.
4. Enter your email and password, and then select Log in.

View your current organization and environment

To view your current organization and environment, select the Accruent Field Apps icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

Find your organization name

If you cannot remember your organization name, use one of the following options.

Option 1: Search for the original invite email

1. Search your email for a message with the subject line: [Inviter name] has invited you to join Accruent Field

2. In the email body, locate the text: [Inviter name] invited you to join:

   The value shown below this text is your organization name.

Option 2: Ask your admin to send a new invitation

Ask your administrator to send you a new invitation. This ensures you have access to the invite email for future reference.
