Account Activation and Sign In on the Web

When you are invited to use Accruent Field on the web, you receive an email that prompts you to activate your account. Use the following steps to activate your account and sign in for the first time.

Activate your account and sign in

1. Open the email with the subject line “[inviter name] has invited you to join Accruent Field”.
2. In the email body, note the organization ID listed under the invitation message. You need this ID to sign in.
3. Select Activate account.
4. Enter a password.
5. Confirm the password.
6. Select Next.
7. Select the checkbox to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
8. Select Next to complete activation.

   You receive a confirmation email titled “Your account has been successfully activated.”

9. In the dialog that opens after activation, select Go to desktop login.

   Alternatively, select Login on web platform in the confirmation email to open the sign-in page with your organization ID pre-filled.

Sign in using the mobile app

If you have mobile app access, you can also sign in from your mobile device.

1. Open the confirmation email on your mobile device.
2. Install the mobile app if needed.
3. Select Login on mobile app.

You can also open the mobile app at any time and sign in using your organization ID.
