Task Planning Capabilities

The Task home screen shows your Task List and acts as the default home page of the application.

Feature	Description
View tasks in list view	View assigned tasks in a running list. The app removes tasks from the Task list as you complete them.
Task grouping	Group assigned tasks by one or more of the following fields: Site address Customer Work order ID Date Admins adjust the labels for these fields to suit internal nomenclature. Contact your customer success representative for more information.
View tasks in map view	View assigned tasks as pins on a map. Select a pin to open the card associated with the task.
Accept or decline tasks	Accept or reject an assigned task directly from the task list. This capability is configurable by task type. If enabled, select the Accept or Decline button within the task card.
Task list actions	Select the Task list actions button on a task card to open a list of actions. These actions are configurable for each task type. Examples include: Part requirements and requests: View a list of parts required for the task or request parts. Task details: Open the task details screen to see instructions, the site address, and customer contact details. Asset and customer history: View service history to prepare for the job. Reassign or cancel a task: Request to assign the task to another user if circumstances require it.
Access app modules	View and access configured app modules, such as Mobile inventory management, from the Apps navigation button.
