Two-factor authentication (2FA)	Use Two-Factor Authentication and a PIN to ensure secure app access and protect client data.
Set password rules and PINs	Admins set organization-specific password rules to meet security requirements. For example: set the minimum password length, define required special characters, and establish password reset procedures. Technicians use a PIN for faster access to the mobile app.
Forced app update	Mobile users must use the latest version of the app to access new features and maintain security. The app prompts users to update to the latest version when it becomes available.
