To ensure your users benefit from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, we recommends that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.

You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.

You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

New Booking Enhancements

  • Default Logic for First Contact: The app now updates the default logic for selecting the first contact based on the group, with a required Contact setting.

  • Default Group Selection: The default group is set to the user's group if available, otherwise, it defaults to the first group in the user's list.

  • Agent Request Classification: The use of find in agent requests is expanded to differentiate between creating a new booking and searching existing bookings. Intent-based language like obtain, reserve, find, get, or book now guides the creation process.

  • Search Classification Refinement: Search classification now only applies when users explicitly want to view or list existing bookings without creating a new one.

  • Building Selection Process: The agent's proposed booking process now selects a building based on location, favorites, history, and user-associated buildings if three or fewer exist.

  • Room and Building Matching: When both room and building are specified in an agent request, the system uses both to find a match, ensuring precise booking results.

  • Token Validation Errors: Addressed issues causing 400 and 401 errors due to invalid user tokens when logging into both the app and portal.

Environment Setup

  • OpenAI Connection Testing: Resolved occasional 500 error failures when adding OpenAI connection details and testing in the support assistant.
