We're delivering this release to Sandbox on September 25, 2026, and to Production on October 16, 2026.
Cloud customer will receive the update automatically. Available for On Premise installation on the same date.
Requirements
To determine what to download, check your current installs for all your licensed products and make note of the date and release number on the About screen in your EMS software. Download and install the latest updates from the table below. Any download links for which you are licensed will be available to you once you are logged into Accruent Access.
.Net 10 is required on the application server for Kiosk app and Outlook API updates.
To ensure your users are benefiting from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, we recommend that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.
You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

PowerShell-Based Deployment
On Premise database deployments now use an automated, PowerShell-based deployment package instead of manually executing SQL scripts.
This is a major change to the deployment process. We recommend deploying to a test environment first.
If you're currently using a version between 220.2 and 224.3, manually deploy SQL patches first, then follow the PowerShell deployment process.
EMS M365 Web Add-In enhancements
Process Template Selector for reservations

The new Process Template Selector now replaces the previous intent-based workflow. Browse and search available process templates, filter results in real time, and review template-specific business rules before creating a reservation.
Recurring meeting cancellations

Canceling a recurring series via This and all following events in Outlook now correctly updates and cancels the reservations in EMS when the Microsoft 365 add-in is open.

When you cancel an occurrence or series using This and all following events in Outlook Calendar, EMS Desktop Client now correctly updates the booking status to Canceled.
