To ensure your users benefit from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, we recommends that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.

You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.

You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

Microsoft 365 Web Add-in

 

 

The add-in now shows accurate resource availability and quantity information when you add resources to a booking and helps prevent over-allocation when inventory is unavailable.

Booking Tools page now correctly displays all bookings for recurring reservations that span across month boundaries. Previously, bookings extending from one month into the next might not appear in the list.

Resource Inventory Conflicts tool now correctly detects overcommitted inventory on same day bookings. The conflict report now accurately identifies all affected booking IDs and resource details, consistent with how it works for future dated bookings.

Now prevents duplicate confirmed reservations when a delegate schedules a meeting in a two-way ERI enabled room.

Booking Notification Rules trigger email notifications for reservation date and time updates made through Microsoft Outlook with two-way synchronization.
