Platform API exchange two-way sync
The platform runs one job of each type at a time, which keeps the system smooth and reliable. It spreads cleanup work over time and still allows different job types to run at the same time. |
EMS-24691 |
Exchange calendar sync now keeps sync tokens for two‑way mailboxes, which avoids repeated full calendar refreshes and keeps performance consistent. The system also finds and fixes mailboxes in an invalid state, which makes synchronization more reliable and the platform more stable. |
EMS-24689 |
The sync service checks and validates all Exchange notifications before it saves sync tasks. This step stops incomplete tasks from building up and keeps the experience smooth and dependable. As a result, the platform uses its resources more efficiently and delivers more reliable calendar sync. |
EMS-24688 |
The platform consolidates multiple Exchange notifications for the same mailbox into a single sync operation. This change improves performance and reliability while configurable sync windows limit processing to relevant calendar data. |
