Requirements
To determine what to download, check your current installs for all your licensed products and make note of the date and release number on the About screen in your EMS software. Download and install the latest updates from the table below. Any download links for which you are licensed will be available to you once you are logged into Accruent Access.
To ensure your users are benefiting from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, we recommend that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.
You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.

Enhanced EMS Outlook Add-In: Services and User-Defined Fields
We’ve expanded the capabilities of the EMS Outlook Web Add-In to bring more of EMS’s powerful functionality directly into your Outlook experience.
Categories, Service Orders, and Resources:
You can now add categories and create service orders, including associated resources, directly from the web add-in. This enhancement integrates more EMS capabilities, making it easier for you to create bookings and related services without leaving Outlook.
User-Defined Fields (UDFs):
The add-in now supports user-defined fields for both reservations and service orders. This allows you to capture custom information directly within Outlook, ensuring your workflows remain flexible and tailored to your organization’s needs.
