Building Hours Violation Not Working for Unauthenticated Users 

Unauthenticated users who created a reservation with a start time that violated the building's hours of operation did not receive a violation of building hours error message.

Unable to Edit or Delete Departments on Web Client

When administrative users selected Configuration > Administration > Departments and clicked Delete on a department in the list, the department was not deleted and an error occurred, "Invalid column name 'Confirmations." When they attempted to edit a department, their changes were not saved and the Edit window did not close.

Navigator: When changing rooms for a single Booking (via Edit booking options) in the Navigator, ticking the Show Available Rooms Only checkbox did not suppress rooms that were unavailable. Unavailable rooms will now be suppressed if the checkbox is ticked.

System Administration > Security > Users: When editing a user’s Event Properties, ticking the Display Audit Times in This Time Zone checkbox still displayed audit times in the system time zone. Audit times will now reflect the user’s Time Zone if the checkbox is ticked.

Navigator: Attempting to add a Resource Package to a Booking(s) that already had the same Resource Package on that date would produce an error. Users can now add Resource Packages to existing Bookings without error.

Navigator: When updating the Item (Resource) Quantity on a Booking whose Status is configured to Maintain Inventory, the count of Items (Resources) in use was miscalculated before the Item (Resource) change was fully committed. Items (Resources) will now calculate properly when committing the change in the Item (Resource) count.

Configuration > Other > Event Types: Comment Types and Reminder Types would not appear when printing the Event Types list. Now, in consistency with the desktop client, Comment Types and Reminder Types will appear.

Wizard: If the system parameter Validate Billing Reference was enabled, a user could still enter any value in the Billing Reference field. The parameter setting will now be observed.

System Administration > Settings > Parameters: After entering text in the Filter field, pressing the Enter key on a keyboard would trigger the Print function. Pressing Enter will no longer trigger printing.

Book: When filtering for certain rooms in a building, incorrect results would be displayed. Filters are now respected and appropriate rooms are displayed.

Wizard: If the system parameter Web Users linked to Groups via External Reference was disabled, Web Users were still assigned to new Reservations associated to Groups with the same External Reference. The system parameter settings are now honored so as not to automatically assign Web Users to such Reservations.

Manage Terms: Previously, when publishing a cross-list scenario, the bookings on the child course were entered in the Conflict status. The bookings are now entered in the Crosslist status.

When running the Banquet Event Order report, dates that only had Notes, Attendees, or Activities Categories to display were not displaying these Booking Details. Those Booking Details would only display if there was another Category (such as Resources or Catering) also on that date. Virtual EMS

When generating custom links, Location field will now be hidden if you use Roll Up To Reservation. Previously, the Location field would remain, but the actual Room/Building values were hidden, so if you were using “Building – Room” format, only the dash would show in the field.

Users were unable to view and check in to reservations that were made through kiosk on Virtual EMS. They can now manage and check into those booking in Virtual EMS.

When entering a billing reference number, and pressing the enter key, Virtual EMS would bring up a list of buildings along with the billing reference numbers. The enter key will no longer initiate the lookup and the buildings have been removed from the billing reference area.

When using Virtual EMS Mobile, and selecting to view the different buildings location on a map, the first map that was pulled up would show for all building locations selected after that. Now, selecting different building locations will provide the proper map location.

When viewing the calendar under the View My Request page, meetings that were at the same time would overlap with one another. The calendar will no longer show the events overlapping one another.

When editing a reservation, the maximum number of minutes allowed was not being respected. Now, the meeting will still have to adhere to the proper parameters.

EMS Web Client

When running a query with day of the week in the display field, the day was showing as a numeric date. Now the day of the week will be spelled out on queries.

When updating the rate schedule an error would be thrown for rows that previously had no pricing when they were attempting to be edited. Updating the prices no longer produces an error. This will also require clearing the browser cache.

When printing the room features, non-academic licensed users were seeing a column for academic rooms. This has been removed for non-academic licensed users.

When using the Create Web User from Group function, the group was not being automatically assigned to the new web user. The web user will now be created with the group already added.

When a user edited a non-override description resource they were able to modify the resource description. The description will now remain static, not editable, with the resource.

When attempting to upload and attach an image to a room an error would be produced. Images can now be properly attached to rooms.

An error would be thrown when attempting to save a user’s preferences if the user had an inactive event type selected as their preferred event type. Errors will no longer be produced when editing the user’s preference.

When attempting to assign multiple courses to an override description room after running through an optimization scenario an error would be thrown. This has been corrected so multiple courses can be assigned to an override description room after resolving an optimization scenario.

Corrected incorrect time zones for Mongolia, Mexico and Iran. This is meant to address the daylight savings time changes for the aforementioned locations.

When running the Banquet Event Order report, dates that only had notes categories to display were not displaying them. Notes categories were only being displayed if there was another category also on that date. Bookings that now only have a notes category will still display the notes category by itself.

After editing one of the locations in EMS, "Multiple Locations" was being displayed in Outlook instead of the specific locations.

Fixed an issue that allowed for booking check in if a booking was moved from a future time to previous time. This has been fixed to not allow check in once the bookings time has ended.

Printing a report from the query builder with a currency symbol other than the dollar sign was changing it to the dollar sign. This has been fixed so printing the queries will now use the proper currency symbol.

Attachments file extensions in EMS were case sensitive and not allowing users to attach certain files. This has been fixed so file extensions are no longer case sensitive.

The "End Now" button on the Booking Check In form will now get disabled once you end the meeting. Previously it would stay enabled, so you could continuously keep moving the end time each time you clicked the button.

Some room card formats were cutting off the room titles when set to show bookings on the same room card. This has been fixed so the room title will no longer be cut off.

The time block violation report was not keeping the time violation title on the top right of the report. This has been fixed to maintain the title on the top right of the page.

Fixed an issue where the Banquet Event Order Report would sometimes print incorrectly on multiple pages. This has been fixed so the page is aligned properly when it is set to print.

GetRoomsAvailable2 used to default SetupTypeID to 0 instead of -99 thereby returning no results or wrong results.

The Change Miscellaneous Booking Information wizard has been updated so it is formatted consistently throughout the program. Also the weekday will now be displayed in the wizard instead of a date.

When a group’s name was shorter than 50 characters the edit, delete, tools, email and close buttons were being forced to the bottom left of the page. This has been fixed so they will not move regardless of group name length.

When creating a notification rule to notify of new web users it would produce an error. This has been fixed so users can create notification rules without error.

The clear value button for user defined fields in rooms was not doing anything. This has been fixed so it will now clear the value of the field.

Fixed an issue with the mobile web client using absolute paths for JavaScript and CSS.

Users who were not allowed to delete notifications due to processes were still able to delete notification rules. This has been fixed so users will be unable to delete notification rules unless they are given permission.

Non-administrators were able to edit categories they were not assigned to if they were assigned to a security template. This has been fixed so they will no longer be able to edit a category unless they are assigned to it.

When changing pages while assigning a rate schedule, the assignment would not save. This has been fixed to hold the assignment in place till it is saved.

Campus Planning Interface

When filtering by a column in the academic browser the new section button was being disabled. This has been fixed so the new section button should not be set to inactive as long as the term is in define and edit mode.

Filtering by the course start date in the academic browser was returning no results when used properly. This has been fixed so that results will be returned when a user filters by the appropriate start date.

On the set preferences screen the Seat Fill Percentage label was changed to Room Load Percentage. This has been changed back to Seat Fill Percentage to better reflect its use.

Confirmations sent as attachments were not honoring the selected attachment type, they were instead all being sent as PDF files. This has been fixed so the attachment type will now respect the selected type.

Fixed a bug that caused users to be unable to edit existing resources that were added through the navigator wizard, but could edit those newly created. This has been fixed so all resources can be edited.

Running the final exam report was leaving out courses that had the preference for common exam room set. This has been fixed so that all the courses will show in the report that have a final exam.

Copying an item that requires room assignments like Web Process Templates, Users, Notification Rules, etc. was allowing rooms that were already selected to show on the available side. This has been fixed so there is no longer the duplication of these rooms.

If a Term in EMS Campus is not published, start and end dates will not be visible and the date filter will not apply. If the term is published, start and end date filters will apply to Booking Date, not the Course Dates Start/End dates like it had been previously.

Optimization of courses was taking an extended period of time if a lot of the courses were set to “Publish in SIS Room.” This has been addressed to help speed up publish times.

When creating a reservation for a user other than the one the user was logged in for and not using delegation, the user the reservation was made for would receive an error attempting to view the reservation. This has been fixed to allow both users to be able to view the reservation.

The resource exclusion alert was not coming up when moving the booking from the Book into a room that has those resources excluded.

When multiple browser sessions were being used with a wizard it would produce an error. This has been fixed to no longer produce an error when using multiple windows.

Reservation properties were not being displayed on some reservation. This has been fixed so they will show on all reservations.

Made the dates selected in the Reservation Wizard more apparent by changing the color used when selecting a date.

Fixed a bug that caused users to be unable to edit existing resources that were added through the navigator wizard, but could edit those newly created. This has been fixed so all resources can be edited.

The Mobile EMS Web Client was not rendering properly through some load balancer configurations. This has been fixed to allow the Mobile Web Client to render properly.

When adding notes to a booking it would pop up the add notes text box till the user closed it. Now it will act like the client and close the add notes box after the first note is added and the user will have to select new to add new notes.

When a user was adding a holiday on a machine with a different time zone that the server the holiday could end up on the wrong date. This has been fixed so that no matter what time zone the user is in, the holiday will be added to the proper date.

When attempting to create a new Group Notification Rule an object reference error was being produced that would require closing out of the rule and trying to open it again. This has been fixed to no longer produce an error when creating new group notifications.

Fixed an issue when entering a number for enrollment it was not being recognized as a number.

When changing the section, and trying to add course dates to a course that did not already have a course date, an object reference error would be produced. There is now error when adding a new course date to a course.

No Show emails will no longer send out once a booking has been checked in to. This will only apply to those rules that are prior to the booking date.

The message that a sync was in progress was not being displayed consistently when an auto sync was occurring on a term. This has been fixed so that any time an auto sync is occurring on a term, EMS will show a message that the sync is currently in progress each time.

While in the book and opening a reservation by double clicking on it, if the user were to click back into the book before the reservation navigator opened, they would be unable to create a new reservation without first closing and reopening the book.

ENHANCEMENT – When importing reservations, there is now a “Skip Notifications” check box that can be checked. This will allow reservations to not be run through notification rules. This can help improve reservation import times.

Virtual EMS

If a service order was set to end at midnight, and the start time of the service order was changed to an earlier time, a message was produced stating that the service order could not start before the end time. This has been fixed so the service order time can be adjusted properly.

Logging in to Virtual EMS from Booking No Show links (View Reservation, Check In, Cancel), produced an error. Requires patch 2015.03.05.0 or later.

EMS Web Client

Using the browser to locate reservations based on user defined fields was not working. This has been fixed so the browser will now find reservations that have the specified user defined field answer.

In the EMS Web Client editing the reservation at the reservation level on the booking tree would cause an error. This has been corrected to allow editing of the reservation level as it should.

If a room was deleted from EMS and a building had the same SQL ID, then the building would be removed from any areas it was associated with. This has been fixed so that deleting a room will not affect any building assignments.

There was a 12 character limit for numeric user defined fields. This has been fixed to no longer restrict the limit of numbers.

Sending a confirmation was duplicating the email header at the top of all the confirmation pages in the .pdf file. This has been fixed so it is no longer repeated.

When adding or removing rooms in a notification rule, there was a checkbox being displayed to show only academic rooms. This has been removed for all but EMS Campus web clients.

Adding or removing rooms from notification rule definitions was not being saved. This has been fixed to maintain the selected rooms.

When copying a user security template, and making changes to the template while copying it, only those changes would be saved, not the other settings that were copied from the previous template. This has been fixed so that all settings are now copied from one template to another as well as any changes that are made.

When a person had a calculation that extended past 2 decimal places, the confirmation report was rounding the second number after the decimal. However, the math for the calculation was still being accounted for properly. This has been fixed to show the entire calculation on the confirmation now.

The analytics portion of the dashboard was not displaying a date picker, therefore not allowing the analytics to be obtained. This has been fixed so the date picker works appropriately now.

When running the setup worksheet report, all the formats for the report were unavailable. This has been fixed so all formats to run the report with are now available.

The EMS logo on the booking check in screen was appearing in the middle of the screen. This has been fixed so the logo is out of the way of the data that is displayed.

Setup/Teardown hours convert from 0,XX to XX when saving in regions that use commas for decimal separators.

While in the book and dragging a booking to a new time, the associated service times were not being moved with it. This has been fixed so that the service times will follow the new bookings time.

When viewing the visitor management screen, building that did not have any categories associated with them would not show in the building field.

When attempting to review or finalize an invoice an object reference error would be thrown. This has been fixed so now invoices can be viewed and finalized.

The booking check in time was not matching the facility time zone when checking in. This has been fixed so when checking in to a booking, the check in time will reflect the time zone for the facility that the room is in.

When modifying a memorized report, the changes to the report would not be respected unless the report was re-memorized first. Now the reports can be printed before re-memorizing the report.

When sorting by start or end time while looking at room conflicts, the filter was still being applied to date then time. This has been fixed to manage the time first.

Selecting multiple categories through the manage services screen would sometimes display the improper resources. This has been fixed to display all selected resources.

Refreshing the Manage Services screen would remove the scroll bar from the items tab. This has been fixed so the scroll bar will not disappear.

"Seat Fill Percentage" was always getting reset to 100% when saving preferences.  Now setting "Seat Fill Percentage", "Ignore Term Excluded Dates", and "Notes" will be options. If any option is left unchecked, it will not update the Course Dates records.

When emailing re-printed invoices, the TO field would populate with an email address. It will now be blank.

When running a query for total event hours, there would be 12 digits trailing the decimal. There will now only be 2 digits following the decimal.

After making a change to an item in the navigator there would be an error. This has been fixed so that the change is immediately reflected and there will be no error.

The new no show notification service was causing an object reference error. This has been corrected so the service will run properly.

Removed "Quantity" field when adding Room Charge, as it served no functionality.

When a non admin user was assigned categories, they were unable to add them through them to bookings through the tools>booking wizard area in the navigator. They are now able to add them through the wizards in the navigator.

If auto refresh is turned on for the book while sending a confirmation email, this would trigger the user to inadvertently close the email while typing. This has been fixed to no longer close the email.

When in the manager services screen the cursor was getting reset to the first service. This has been fixed so the cursor will remain affixed to the currently selected service instead of resetting to the top.

Required UDFs that require a numeric value were being automatically set to 0 instead of left blank. This has been fixed so the field will be left blank until populated by a user.

When sending a message via HTML and previewing the email, selecting to send from the preview screen will not retain the message, it will only retain attachments. This has been fixed so the message will also transfer over.

Fixed the invoice ‘To:’ field was blank when created. Now it uses the first contact from the reservation.

Resource Schedule filters being cached. After running the report, changing the building, it would still display data for the previous building. This has been fixed to show data for the selected building.

Sequence was not being respected for resources when adding them to a booking. This has been fixed so they will maintain proper sequence.

When attempting to remove booking statuses from a query an error would be produced. Booking statuses can now be added and removed without error.

When a query was built or saved in web client the filter would not save correctly and cause an error. Filters are now saved and applied properly.

Resources were being added to wrong categories when quickly switching between categories in the Navigator.

When moving bookings with services in the book the user was not asked to move the attached services with them. This has been fixed to move the services with the bookings.

An error was produced when saving a new group notification if the user was not on a specific tab. This has been fixed so the rules will save without error.

The booking check in was being disabled 1 minute prior to the event start time. The user can now check in all the way up till the start time.

Users with permission were able to change a state through the reservation navigator, however it would not allow them to make the change in the manage services screen. This has been fixed so they can make the change in manage services.

When selecting a room to pre-assign a course to, initially rooms that do not match the course enrollment will show. Then selecting to filter the rooms to show only those that have proper capacity was showing all rooms. This has been fixed so that all rooms will show with the box unchecked, and when checking the limit to enrollment button only rooms that can fit the course will show.

Certain optimization scenarios were not allowing for a course to be assigned to an available room. This has been fixed so that no matter the order areas are optimized in, the room will still be assigned if available.

The time zone abbreviation was missing from the tooltip in the book. This has been fixed to show the appropriate time zone.

Users creating invoices for the first time would receive an error in the web client when adding categories or buildings. This has been fixed so that users can easily create invoices in the web client.

Resource files needed for translation were missing for Room(s), Building(s), Area(s), Payment Type(s), Sales Category(ies), Billing Reference(s), PO Number(s) and Group(s).

Using the wizard in the room configuration screen produced an error. This has been fixed so the wizard now works properly on the web client.

The currency type on resources was being changed from rands to pounds without the user modifying them. The currency will now remain static unless changed by a user.

Editing a resource with service orders while adding it to a booking would produce an error. This has been fixed to allow edits while adding the resource to a reservation.

Trying to select a deleted resource to view details was producing an error. This has been fixed so details will be displayed for deleted items.

When adding a notes category to a booking, the category box would not occupy the full window. This has been fixed so the notes category will fit the window it is opened in.

When creating or editing an email signature with an extreme amount of characters it would produce an error. This now allows the signature to be as many characters as necessary.

Depending on the user editing the time on no show notifications it will pull from their time zone and set the notification time to the incorrect time. This has been fixed so that it will reflect the time zone that the application is set to.

All resources that were being added to bookings were being added with a sequence of 100. This has been fixed so that the proper sequence will show when adding resources.

When running the BEO report from the reservation navigator it was not respecting the date filters and pulling all bookings from the reservation. This has been fixed to only pull bookings specified in the date range for the BEO report.

The filters set in the confirmation for web process templates were not being reflected the same in the desktop client as they were in the web client. This has been fixed so the confirmation set up will reflect properly in both the desktop and web client.

If a user’s default status was set to a reconfirmed status and they chose a reservation wizard template with a booked space status, the user’s default status would cause the booked space status to require a reconfirm date. This has been fixed so the status on the reservation wizard template will function properly.

When setting a default value for a list type UDF the value was being stored in the database rather than the value’s associated ID. This has been fixed so the ID, not the value, will be stored in the database.

The Arrivals and Departures report was requiring a start and end time, but there was nowhere to enter those values. This has been fixed so those values are no longer set to be required.

When running a query with “this month” selected for the date range, the incorrect date was showing as the end date. This has been fixed so it will reflect the current month.

Parent child relationships are broken making the room unavailable for the new parent coming when there was a parent already set in the cross listed course.

The Campus optimizer was not taking “Publish in SIS Room” courses from departments not being optimized and placing courses in rooms that were already taken. The optimizer will now consider all “Publish in SIS Room” courses regardless of when they are being optimized.

When optimization scenario was ran it created conflicting room assignment for courses. This occurred on single day same start and end date. This is now fix.

Moscow time zone reverted back to UTC+3 in October 2014.

Editing a List type User Defined Field could be slow if there were a lot of User Defined Fields. This has been adjusted so that no matter the number of User Defined Fields there should be no slowness.

The Sales by Group Type report would not run and would cause an error. The stored procedure for the report was not rebuilt properly in the last patch. This has been updated and will now allow the report to run with no error.

When creating a new course in EMS Campus without a start or end time, a default time of 12:00 AM would be set for it. Now when a course is created without start and end times the times will be left blank rather than be forced to 12:00 AM.

New "Notification Mode" option on the Publish screen. Will be defaulted to "Bumped Bookings Only". The other option is "New Bookings And Bumped Bookings". If publishing with that option, a warning message will appear advising the user that the publishing process might take a very long time since New Booking notifications will be triggering. If publishing with "Bumped Bookings Only", it only triggers notifications for bumped bookings only.

When a course had multiple course dates, and one required a final exam, and other dates did not require a final exam an error would be thrown when trying to set final exams. These courses were also being duplicated in the Academic Browser when browsing courses. This has been fixed to now allow individual course dates to have preferences for Require Final Exam to be set to both “Yes” and “No”.

When a course has a service on it, and is moved to a new room (in the SIS), the service order change notification rule does not fire. This has been fixed so the notification rule will fire properly when a course is moved.

A collation error occurred when synching courses and the default server collation did not match EMS database collation. This has been resolved to no longer produce an error.

Virtual EMS

Previously, when using Integrated Authentication(Portal, Windows or LDAP), and logging in under a deleted web user account, it would only ddun-delete it if you were using LDAP, and ask you to create a new one if you were using Windows or Portal authentication. Now, it will un-delete the web user account regardless of the Integrated Authentication method.

When logging in using a deleted web user account, the Changed By field on the Audit tab will be set to "Undeleted by login from VEMS".

When adding to an existing service, the web text being displayed was for a different category. This has been fixed to only display the web text for the currently selected category.

Request mode was sorting rooms differently than Self-Serve mode. Request mode now sorts rooms by Days Available, Building Description and then based on the "Sequence of Available Rooms upon Search" parameter. This is now consistent with how Self-Serve mode is sorting the rooms.

EMS Web Client

The User Templates under System Administration was missing the Users Template and Last Login columns. These columns have been added.

When setting up pricing for resources with non-US currency, the price and discount values were reflected correctly in the Desktop Client, not the Web Client. This has been fixed so that the correct pricing will now be reflected properly in the Web Client for non-US currency.

When working between two navigator windows on separate reservations, and adding services to bookings, the Booking ID being displayed on the browser window would display incorrectly for the Service Orders. This has been fixed so the correct Booking IDs will now be displayed when working in separate navigator windows.

When editing the name of an existing rate schedule and then saving it, instead of modifying the name of the rate schedule, it would instead create a new one with no pricing. This has been fixed so that when modifying the name on the existing rate schedule the change will take affect instead of creating a new one.

When editing a user that is mapped to a Category the Web Client would attempt to re-add the category, which would produce an error. This has been fixed so that editing users through the Web Client will no longer produce an error.

When canceling a Plan a Meeting booking in the Web Client, the meeting would get canceled, but not removed from an outlook calendar. This has been corrected so it will remove it from the calendar as well.

When creating a new course in EMS Campus without a start or end time, a default time of 12:00 AM would be set for it. Now when a course is created without start and end times the times will be left blank rather than be forced to 12:00 AM.

When running the Course Changes report with "Changes Since Last Synchronization" selected, "Show Unchanged Courses" option was unchecked every time the report ran. This has been fixed to remember the preference on having the “Show Unchanged Courses” checked or unchecked.

Enhancement – EMS For Outlook will now honor the default building from the template if no other building has been selected and remembered. Requires the latest patch.

Deselecting a room in the Grid did not remove the event bar.

Campus Desktop Client: When running an optimization scenario with combo rooms, the optimizer was not booking the components of a combo room when the combo room was booked. This could potentially cause double bookings. The optimizer will now properly account for combo rooms and components.

An error message would be thrown when clicking Remove Recurrence on a resource on the Room Request page. This has been fixed so that button will now remove the resource.

Customers using the Virtual EMS translation (resources DLL) were unable to cancel bookings from the Reservation Summary screen. This has been corrected so cancellation is now possible.

Viewing historical bookings through Virtual EMS would only show a partial list of bookings until sorting by a column, this would then reveal all bookings. Pagination has been added to allow for viewing bookings that will not fit on the same page.

A Log Out button has been added to the Mobile Virtual EMS.

Toggling between buildings in different time zones in the Book would eventually cause some bookings to be displayed in the wrong times.

Previously, the Web Client would not allow you to delete a Service Order in the Navigator if that Service Order had resources attached to it. You had to delete the resources first, then delete the Service Order. Now it will allow you to delete Service Orders by right-clicking the SO in the left pane of the Navigator, even if they contain resources underneath them.

When dragging and moving a booking in the book, with a time interval set to 15 minutes, the book was placing it in the incorrect time slot. Now when moving bookings in the book, the proper time will be applied.

Generating a Billing Worksheet report in Chrome or Firefox was throwing an error. Chrome and Firefox will now allow a Billing Worksheet to be generated.

When moving bookings in the Book, the popup confirming the new time was displaying an incorrect time. This has been fixed to display the proper time the booking is moving to.

When switching between the booking level and the service order level in the Navigator an error was thrown that said, “A field or property with name "category" was not found in the selected data source.” This error is no longer thrown.

Fixed a bug in the 43.0.0.301 build of the Web Client where the properties tab in the Navigator was blank.

When attempting to edit a Notes category in the Navigator the Edit button was not available. Editing a Notes category is now possible.

Importing an attendee with an ampersand in the name was producing an error. It is now possible to import attendees with ampersands.

The ability to type a Group is not allowed in the Reservation Wizard. The Group field has been restyled to reflect the inability to type in that box.

When modifying the pricing method of a resource in the resource details values were being retained. Now the values will be zeroed out with the exception of the discount percentage.

After creating additional departments, if you go back and edit the original department and change something, you no longer need to provide Invoice Prefix/Suffix.

Creating bookings in the Book by clicking and dragging would put the event in the wrong room if the user started dragging in one room and the mouse finished in another. This has been fixed so the room that the click and drag started in will be the room for the event.

The default time in the web process template is now correctly reflected in Virtual EMS when changes are made in the WC.  When there are no default times configured on the Web Process Template in the Web Client, Virtual EMS will not show start/end times.

The Calendar was displaying the incorrect number of reservations. This has been fixed so it will display the proper amount of reservations.

Clicking the New button while on the Service Order level in the Navigator produced an object reference error. This has been resolved to no longer produce an error.

Bookings and/or services were being added to the wrong reservation when working in multiple Navigator windows.

EMS for Outlook

“Use Specific Cutoff Time” option was not being honored correctly when booking services in EMS for Outlook.

When the date format on a machine was set a certain way it would cause an error when making reservations on the plug-in. This has been fixed to allow all date formats to work properly.

If an EMS for Outlook booking had a conflict with a service as well as the space, the rule violation status was not being trumped by the conflict status, and was creating a double booking. Now the booking will go into a conflict status instead.

When auto-cancellation is enabled, the Check In button and the Available bar will turn orange to better relay to the user that they need to check in before their meeting is canceled.

When using Authentication With Password or Authentication Without Password, the Group Lookup will now honor "Display On Web" option for that group. If the group is not DOW, it will not show up.

Added a new parameter that shows/hides the Event Name field on the Reserve pop-up. The Default Event Name parameter must be filled out to hide the Event Name field.

Added a new parameter for default Setup Count and another parameter that shows/hides the Setup Count field on the Reserve pop-up. The Default Setup Count parameter must be filled out to hide the Setup Count field.

Style has been changed to no longer cause the scroll bar to appear and disappear when hovering over certain menu items. The screen no longer “shakes”.

When browser is set to a language other than English, the floor plan will no longer give an error message.

Opening a new web process template no longer preselects the services from the first opened web process template in the session.

Deleted service orders were disappearing from the Service Order Management window, instead of with a red ‘X’ and a strikethrough.

When the regional settings were set to Dutch (Netherlands) all editable monetary fields were populated with trailing zeros.

While configuring a room, the ‘Confirmation Notes’ and ‘Alert’ sections under the notes tab were not displaying anything when right clicking.

Unable to add a new Reminder in the Dashboard if View filter is set to (user specified) without any dates.

EMS was accumulating the attendance on all of the children courses and all of the parent courses when courses that were cross listed in the SIS were marked with a special/common exam time.  This happened when the user ran the final exam session.

Course level UDFs that were synced were getting updated during every sync which was causing the UDF history to grow.

The Instructor Back to Back Report was reporting a conflict if there were two campuses near one another in different time zones.

VEMS was displaying bookings 4 hours past the actual time displayed in the Desktop Book. (Requires build 43.0.84.84 or later of VEMS.)

A user could not edit a resource with selections if the resource was initially added without a selection.

On Manage Attendees, the date in the grid always displayed today's date. Now it will display the date of the event for single day events and the date of the first booking for recurring events.

Web links created in VEMS were not working in Mobile VEMS when used to redirect the user back the VEMS.

The ampersand sign used in the room description was not displaying correctly in VEMS.

When creating a new account using Unauthenticated User an Object Reference Error would be displayed.

The Message multi-line textbox was not honoring a carriage return.

When printing Browse Events page, the date range was not printing.
