This topic gives you information about known issues in EMS 220.

EMS Web App

To access EMS Web App using Google Chrome you need to switch to incognito mode or clear cache / cookies. The following workaround will also work:

Disable the following cookies.

• chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies

• chrome://flags/#cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure

To disable the above cookies:

1. Navigate to chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies on your Google Chrome browser.
2. In the SameSite by default cookies dropdown select Disabled.
3. In the Cookies without SameSite must be secure dropdown select Disabled.
4. Click Relaunch.
