Uninstall EMS - Zoom Integration

1. Navigate to the System Administration > Settings > Parameters > Everyday User Applications tab.

2. From Area, choose Integration to Microsoft Exchange.

3. Select Enable Zoom Integration and click Edit.

4. Set the Description to No.

5. Click OK.

6. Click Close.

7. Navigate to the EMS Platform Services page.

8. From the left menu, select Conferencing.

9. Expand the Zoom Video Conferencing pane.

10. Clear the values in Client ID and Client Secret.

11. Click Save Zoom Configuration.

12. Sign in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

13. Navigate to Manage > Installed Apps or search for your EMS-Zoom Integration app.

14. Select your EMS-Zoom Integration app.

15. From Action, choose Remove Directly.
