EMS Integration with Zoom
You can add a Zoom meeting to an EMS room reservation with the Zoom Integration. Attendees can then join the Zoom meeting from the reservation with a single click, using any Zoom-enabled video device. The Zoom Integration is available through the following EMS access points: EMS Web App, and EMS for Outlook.
Integration with Zoom is only compatible with EMS 220.4 or later. If you are on an older version of EMS, you will have to upgrade to use the functionality. You will also need an updated EMS license to enable the integration. Contact your account manager for more information on acquiring an updated license.

If you plan to test the Zoom integration, create an OAuth app for your test environment. This will be separate from your production environment.
If you created a Zoom integration utilizing JWT, update it to use OAuth with 220.4.
