Microsoft Teams Integration
Microsoft Teams Integration lets users add a Microsoft Teams meeting to an EMS room reservation. Attendees can then join the MS Teams meeting from the reservation with a single click, using any Teams-enabled video device, such as a mobile phone, laptop, or Microsoft Surface Hub. The Microsoft Teams Integration is available through EMS Web App and EMS for Outlook.
Integration with MS Teams is only compatible with EMS 220.1. If you are on a previous version of EMS, you will have to upgrade to use the functionality. In addition, you will need an updated EMS license to enable the integration. Please contact your account manager for more information on acquiring an updated license.

System Requirements
Microsoft Teams Integration requires integration with Microsoft Exchange with support for the following:
- Microsoft® Exchange Support
- Microsoft® Office
- 365
Hosted, hybrid, and on-prem versions are not supported because of Microsoft limitations. For more information, refer to Microsoft's documentation.
