Following are the system requirements for EMS for Outlook - Microsoft 365:

Microsoft 365 Subscription requirements

• All user mailboxes must be created in or migrated to Exchange Online.

• EMS license must include EMS for Outlook, and Exchange Room Integration.

• Bi-directional or 2-way Integration must be configured and enabled.

User requirements

• Outlook for Mac

  • Outlook for Microsoft 365 subscription
  • Outlook 2019

• Outlook on the Web

  • Microsoft 365 (not on premise Outlook Web Access)
  • Chrome or Safari (latest)
