At a Glance Tab

The At a Glance Tab provides quick access to high-level booking statistics for events at your organization or facility. You can select to show booking statistics by category, event type, group type, reservation source, room type, or status.

By default, when the At a Glance Tab first opens, the date is set to the current day’s date, and category is the selected display type.

To view booking statistics for your facility on a given date, perform the following actions:

1. On the At a Glance Tab, select options (Status and Building) on the left pane.

   A list of filtered results displays on the tab.

2. Change the date or the display type as needed to view the bookings statistics for a selected date.
