Archive Data
Data archiving is the process of moving data that is no longer actively used to a separate storage area for longer term retention. The Booking, Service Order, and Service Order Detail data are moved from the active database tables to the archive database tables, that is, tblBooking_Archive, tblServiceOrder_Archive, and tblServiceOrderDetail_Archive, respectively. To archive bookings, the booking date must be at least 90 days before the current day’s date.
