Reservation Book
Use the Reservation book to view confirmed reservations, create new reservations, and update existing reservations. The Reservation book shows the reserved time and room for each reservation. It doesn't show canceled bookings.
You can also adjust the display before you create or edit a reservation, so the book shows the rooms, dates, and reservation details that are most useful for your work.
Open the Reservation book
Select Book on the navigation menu to open the Reservation book. It opens in Daily view and shows today’s confirmed reservations.
Use the filters at the top of the book, such as Building, View, and Date, to change which reservations appear. You can also change the time zone. Scroll to view additional reservations.
You can create a new reservation from Daily view. Depending on your permissions, you can also check in to events.
To choose which details appear when you hover over a reservation, customize the event tooltip.
