Search for People

Your organization may use a different label for this button, such as Customers or Employees.

A group is an entity for which you make reservations at your facilities. A group can represent an internal or external organization, or an individual. Before you can create a reservation for a group, you must configure the group.

Your EMS administrator typically configures the groups that you use most often. You can modify any existing group and create new groups as needed.

  1. On the toolbar, select the Groups icon. It lists the first 1000 Active groups in your EMS database.

To change the number of records that are displayed in the Groups window, click Options, and then select a different number of records to return (1,000, 5,000 or 10,000).

  1. In the Filter tab set your search criteria. To reset the Filter at any time to its default settings, click Reset.
