Email Tab

The Email tab provides a central location for email communication in EMS Web Admin. Send messages on behalf of a User or Department, select recipients from Customers, Contacts, or the Global Address List, and include attachments. You can also use familiar email fields such as Cc (Carbon copy), Bcc (Blind carbon copy), and Subject to organize and customize your messages. Keep communication organized and connected to your EMS workflow.
