Video Conference Tab

Use the Video Conference tab to configure video conference settings for an Everyday User process template. This tab is available only when you select Video Conference on the Everyday User Template tab.

Configure these settings to allow Everyday Users assigned to the process template to request rooms with video conference capabilities.

1. In the Everyday User Process Template dialog, select the Video Conference tab.

2. Configure the video conference settings for the process template.
