Help Text Tab

Use the Help Text tab to configure help text for an Everyday User process template. By default, the process template inherits its help text from the global help text settings.

1. In the Everyday User Process Template dialog, select the Help Text tab.

2. Configure the help text as needed:

   • To define help text specifically for this process template, select the item, and then select Edit.

   • To restore the global help text for an item, select the item, and then select Use Global.

3. Continue to configure the other process template tabs as needed.

4. Select OK to save the process template.

To make the process template available to an Everyday User, assign the user to the template.
