Configure Features

A feature is a permanent attribute of a room, such as a network connection, built-in display, or window. Configure features to help people find rooms that meet their requirements. You can also use features to filter available rooms when you create reservations. After you configure features, assign them to the appropriate rooms.

1. Navigate to Configuration > Facilities > Features.

2. Select New.

3. In Feature, enter a description of up to 50 characters.

4. If the feature supports video conferencing, select Tied to Resource.

5. To make the feature available when Everyday Users search for space, leave Available to Everyday Users selected.

6. Select OK.
