Analyze Building and Floors

As a workplace strategist, use the Analyze Building page to evaluate workplace effectiveness and support space planning decisions as organizational needs change.

Review building metrics such as engagement scores and department headcount forecasts. You can also review floor-level information, including capacity status, total spaces, and spaces in use.

View building analytics

In the Analyze module, under Show metrics, select a building from the list.

The Analyze Building page includes the following tabs:

• Details
• Utilization
• Allocation
• Floor map

Show or hide building details

To expand or collapse the building details panel to show or hide building information, select the arrow at the bottom of the panel.

When you collapse the panel, the chart area expands to fill the available page width.

Expand the map

To expand the map, select the zoom arrows in the upper-left corner of the map.

The map and building details expand to fill the available page width.

Configure building details

To make changes to the building's details, click Configure building. Only system administrators have access to configuration options.
