Analyze Dashboard
The Analyze dashboard provides a snapshot of your organization's real estate portfolio. Drill down into metrics such as average use and lease expiration dates. Use Show metrics to display a table that includes building details and metrics such as ownership, utilization, and lease information.
- To show or hide the navigation menu, select the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- On the main navigation menu, select Analyze.
The global map displays pins that represent buildings and locations with available metrics. Pin colors indicate building utilization thresholds configured for the building.

| Group pins | Uses the color of the highest utilization threshold in the group. |
To zoom in or out, use the plus and minus controls or the mouse scroll wheel. To switch to full-screen mode, select the toggle button in the upper-right corner.
Filter the map
Apply search criteria to focus on specific buildings, regions, and time frames.
The building and region filters operate independently. If you search for a building and then want to select a region, first clear Search buildings.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Type to display matching locations. Select a result to zoom to that location. |
| Region | Select one, multiple, or all regions. The map updates to display the selected regions. |
| Time frame | Select Previous week or Previous month. |
When you change the time frame, the utilization status updates in both the metrics box and metrics table.
View building metrics
Select a map pin.
The building metrics panel opens and displays the following information:

| Building information | Building name, address, time, and time zone. |
| Usage | High, low, and average utilization and occupancy percentages based on configured metrics. |
| Occupancy | Daily building occupancy. |
| Space | Space name, expiration date, and upcoming expiration information for leased buildings. |
| Pin | Pins the building to the top of the metrics table. |
| View building | Opens the building's Analyze page. |
Use the metrics table
The metrics table helps you analyze and compare buildings across your portfolio. The table displays aggregated data for all sites available to your tenant.
- Select a building or region and a time frame.
- Select Metrics table to expand the table.
Each column includes filtering options.

| Export | Export table data. |
| Pin to top | Keep selected rows at the top of the table. |
| Buildings | Displays the building location. Select a building name to open its Analyze page. |
| Leased / owned | Indicates whether the building is leased or owned. |
| Utilization | Displays low, high, and average utilization percentages. |
| Occupancy | Displays occupancy percentages for the building. |
| Annual cost | Displays annual base rent associated with the building. |
| Expiration | Displays the lease expiration date. |
| Upcoming expiration | Indicates whether the expiration date falls within the configured upcoming period. |
To collapse the table, select Metrics table.
Export table data
Export metrics data to create a backup, share information, or perform additional analysis. The exported file is saved in CSV format.
- Select the export icon in the metrics table.
- Depending on your browser:
- The file downloads automatically.
- Select a location and save the file.
