Analyze Module

Use the Analyze module to provide real estate leaders with a comprehensive view of the organization's portfolio. As a workplace strategist, you can:

• Identify areas that require detailed analysis.
• Provide accurate, current data to help real estate leaders:
  • Reduce costs.
  • Identify underutilized spaces.
  • Meet employee needs more effectively.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and tools to provide consistent insights.
• Search locations by building, area, and time frame to analyze metrics.

Use the Analyze module to perform the following tasks:

• View at-a-glance insights: Review space usage across your portfolio. Drill down into metrics such as average usage and lease end dates.
• Analyze buildings: Review how space is used throughout the day, evaluate operating costs, and compare usage over time or across departments.
• Review allocation insights: Analyze space allocations to understand which departments use a space and whether usage remains within capacity.

Your system administrator configures the data displayed in the Analyze module.
