Allocation Tab

Use allocation plans to create space planning scenarios and evaluate building utilization. Allocation plans help you identify efficient space configurations and analyze department assignments within a building.

If a building does not have an allocation plan and you have the appropriate permissions, select Configure allocation to create one.

View an allocation plan

1. In the Analyze module, select Show metrics.
2. Select a building from the list.
3. On the Analyze building page, select the Allocation tab.
4. If multiple allocation plans exist for the building, select a plan from Displayed allocation.

The allocation plan opens and displays the building's current space allocation information.
