Current Allocation
You can set a building as the current allocation. Once you do that, you can use this current allocation as a starting point for a new allocation scenario.
When you create a new allocation scenario, you can choose to start with a blank slate or bring in information from the building’s current allocation. The current allocation acts as the main source for analyzing building data. When you assign departments to the current allocation, it deducts their resources from the total pool.
When you use a current allocation as your starting point, the following details are included in the new allocation:
-
Department headcount and space by floor and zones
-
Zones on the floor map
