Assignments

Assign resources to a work order or remove existing assignments to manage workload and workflow. Assignments identify who is responsible for each part of a work order.

The default List view displays information in a spreadsheet format, while Card view displays items as blocks. Switch between views on a desktop by clicking the list or card icons at the upper right. Mobile and tablet devices only display Card view. Resize, reorder, and sort columns in List view.

The Assignments tab includes three sections

  • Contacts Displays contacts linked to the asset associated with the work order. Add these contacts to the work order through the ellipsis Actions menu.
  • Assignment Identifies the person assigned to the work order.
  • Work order history Lists previous work orders associated with the asset.
