My Work Orders

On the Dashboard, the My work orders section > Main tab displays four tiles which show the number of work orders in each category. If you select the Main or Custom tab, navigate away from the page, and return, the system keeps your selection.

You can expand and collapse the My work orders section. The default view is expanded. If you collapse the My work orders section, navigate away from the page, and then return, it remains collapsed. The same applies to the expanded view.

Click each tile to navigate to the corresponding page displaying the list of work orders in that category. Each corresponding page offers both list and card views, along with the ability to change the position and size of columns, sort columns, use search filters, and access an Actions menu.

In progress

These are the work orders assigned to you that are active and have a sub-status of Issued, indicating they are currently being worked on.

Past due

Past due work orders are flagged when they exceed their scheduled compliance dates. The system determines the due date using the following criteria:

  • Schedule due by date is set and has passed.

  • Work order is on a monthly or less frequent schedule, the last day of the month in the date available has passed.

  • Work order is on a weekly schedule and the date available plus six days (at midnight) has passed.

  • Work order is on a daily schedule and the date available has passed.

  • Work order is meter-based and the last day of the month in the date available has passed.

Open scheduled

The system automatically generates work orders based on schedules for preventive maintenance, planned events, or inspections. These work orders are marked with a status indicating they are in an open state and are classified under types such as Preventive Maintenance (PM), Planned Event (PE), or Inspection (IN).

Open unscheduled

Includes all other types of work orders beyond scheduled tasks, such as service requests and corrective maintenance. These work orders have an open status and are not categorized as Preventive Maintenance (PM), Planned Event (PE), or Inspection (IN).
