Custom Dashboard
On the Dashboard, the My work orders section > Custom dashboard tab displays up to four tiles that you can add, configure, and remove. If you select the Main or Custom tab, navigate away from the page, and return, the system keeps your selection.
We store each tile definition in persistent local storage, making it unique to your browser, device, and login. If you clear your browser history, you remove these stored definitions.
Add tile
Customize the tiles on the Work Orders dashboard to adjust what's displayed, including any custom statuses your organization uses. You can modify the statuses or work order types within each tile in the My Work Orders section of the dashboard.
You can create up to four custom tiles.
For Type, Status, Sub status, and Priority, on first access, the system uses your default segment. On subsequent access, the system uses the current active segment.

On the Custom dashboard tab, click Add tile.

In the Add tile window, enter or select the following:

Name: Tile name up to 100 characters. The name displays on the tile.

Type: WO type code.

Status: WO status code.

Sub status: WO sub status

Priority: WO priority code.

- Click one of the following:
- Add to add the tile.
- Add another to add and then clear the values to add another record.
Update tile
Update an existing tile's details to ensure it reflects the latest information.

Click the Action menu on a tile and select Update.

In the Update tile window, make changes.

Click Update.
Remove tile
You might remove a tile if it no longer provides useful information for your role or daily tasks.

Click the Actions menu on a tile and select Remove tile.

In the confirmation dialog, click Remove.
The tile is removed from the custom dashboard.
