Procedures and Assignments
Use assignments to identify the resource (person) responsible for completing the schedule. Assignments organize workflow and manage workload effectively. They identify who is responsible for each schedule, contributing to efficient operations.
Resources use procedures on work orders to follow specific instructions when completing or closing a work order.
When the schedule is generated and the work order is created, the procedures and people you assign on the schedule appear on the work order.
The default page view is List view, which displays all information in a spreadsheet-like format. Card view is where you can view the same items as blocks. You have the option to switch between views on desktop platforms. Click either the list or card icon located at the upper right of the list. Mobile phone and tablet devices only display Card view.
