Access schedule from a work order
(TMSPROV-30511)
Manage and review scheduled work orders more efficiently with new direct navigation in Accruent TMS. A new Info icon on the Schedule # field provides immediate access to schedule details based on your user permissions.
-
Direct schedule navigation: Select the Info icon to open the linked schedule's Update page. The system restores your previous tab and scroll position on the work order when you return.
-
Permission-based access: The icon respects your existing security settings. Users with Admin or Full access can edit the schedule, while users with Read-only access can view the details.
-
Improved accessibility: The icon includes Schedule information alt text to support screen readers and ensure a better experience for all users.
Automated schedule reactivation for assets
(TMSPROV-32280)
Streamline your maintenance workflows in Classic TMS with automated prompts to reactivate PM/IN schedules. When you set an asset status to Active, the system finds any Unscheduled schedules and prompts you to reactivate them. This ensures your maintenance cycles resume immediately without the need for manual updates.
The system prompts you to reactivate all Unscheduled schedules associated with the asset. If no qualifying schedules exist, Accruent TMS saves your changes without a prompt, allowing you to manage asset transitions efficiently.
