Survey module questions and choices

In the Survey module on the Questions tab, when you select Select one (radio buttons) or Check all that apply (checkboxes) for a question type, the Choices tab becomes available. Use this tab to add, rearrange, update, or delete answer options.

Generate reports

In the Reports module, use Print to PDF or Export to Excel to generate reports based on criteria from the Report criteria lookup window or values from the Report parameters window. This helps you focus on the data that matters most.
