Update Email Response

If you have the email response details, you can access and update the email response. Email responses are unique, regardless of segment.

The Segment menu in the upper-right corner lists all available segments. On the Quick Search page, the menu stays disabled and displays All.

After you run Quick Search, the field value updates in two ways:

  • If Quick Search returns two or more results: The menu stays disabled and shows All until you select a record to edit.

  • If Quick Search returns one result: The Segment menu updates to the segment from that record and remains disabled while you are on the record’s Update page.

If an administrator added custom fields to forms in Classic TMS, they display in the module when you create or update the record.

  1. Go to Email response > Query.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Run query.

  3. If multiple email responses appear in the results, select Update from the Actions menu to view the details of a specific email response.

    The Update page for the selected item displays.

  4. Make changes.

  5. Click Update.
