Run Report – Visitor
Visitor reports allow you to view and print reports about the visits that have occurred or are scheduled to occur as well as lists of permanent visitors and visitor users. Your security rights determine whether you can run visitor reports and which properties you can run the reports on. If you do not have the required security rights, contact your system administrator.
To run Visitor reports:

Access the Visitor module by clicking the Visitor link at the top of the page.

Select the Run Report tab.

In the Select a report field, select the report you want to run.

Specify report criteria.

Click OK to run the report.
The following Visitor reports are available:
The Visitor Summary report provides information about all visits that have occurred or will occur in the specified time frame at the specified property.
Report Criteria
To refine your results, specify any of the following criteria. If no criteria are specified, the report will be run for all values.
- Property – Click the link to run the report for a particular property.
- Visitor's Company – Enter a value to run the report for visits that contain the specified characters in the visitor's company name. This criterion is not case-sensitive but will only return visits that contain the entire word or phrase entered.
- Company Visited – Enter a value to run the report for visits that contain the specified characters in the name of the company of the person visited. This criterion is not case-sensitive but will only return visits that contain the entire word or phrase entered.
- Visitor Type – Select a value to run the report for visits from visitors of a particular type.
- Space/Floor – Enter a value to run the report for visits that contain the specified characters in the visit location's space or floor designation. This criterion is not case-sensitive but will only return visits that contain the entire word or phrase entered.
- Date Visited – Enter two date values to run the report for visits that have occurred or will occur within the specified date range.
Report Output
The generated report contains one row for each visit. The results include:
- Visit Date – the date the visit was scheduled for
- Visit Time – the time the visit was scheduled for
- Property Name – the property where the visit was scheduled
- Request ID – the request ID of any work order associated with the visit; this value is blank if Visitor Work Order Integration is disabled
- Visitor Type – the type of visitor, for example, Business or Personal
- Visitor Name – the name of the visitor
- Visitor Company – the name of the company the visitor is associated with
- Visitor Comment – any comments entered when the visit was created
- Visit Location – the space/floor within the property where the visit was scheduled
- Check In Time – the date and time the visitor was checked in through the Visitor Desk, or NO CHECK IN if the visitor was not checked in
- Check Out Time – the date and time the visitor was checked out through the Visitor Desk
- Person Visiting – the person the visitor was scheduled to see
- Company Visiting – the company at which person being visited works
- Person Visiting Email – the email address of the person being visited
- Person Visiting Phone – the phone number of the person being visited
- Created By – the name of the user who created the visit
- Create Date – the date on which the visit was created
The Permanent Visitors report lists all permanent visitors at the specified property.

- Permanent Visitor Name – the name of the permanent visitor
- Company – the company at which the permanent visitor works
- Type – the type of visitor, for example, Business or Personal
- Expiration Date – the date on which the visitor's permanent visitor status expires
- Created By – the name of the user who created the permanent visitor
- Company – the company at which the Created By user works
The Visitor User Administration report lists all users that have security rights to the Visitor module at the specified property.
Report Criteria

Report Output
The generated report contains one row for each user that has security rights to use the Visitor module. The results include:
- Property Name – the property for which the report is being run
- User Name – the last name and first name of the user
- Company – the company at which the user works
- Default Space – the space/floor at which visits are scheduled for this user by default
- Bus Phone – the phone number of the user
- E-Mail – the email address of the user
- User Admin – the value UA if the user has Visitor User Admin rights (can create visitor users)
- Username – the user name the user enters when he or she logs in
- Status – the user's account status, either Active or Inactive
