Directory

The Directory page allows you to view a list of all users and named guests that are associated with a property. The Directory can provide a quick reference to help Visitor Desk users look up building occupants. The Directory page is only displayed if you have the appropriate security rights.

For each occupant of the building, the following information is provided:

• Property – the property the person is located at

• Person – the person's name in First Name, Last Name format

• Company – the company the person is as associated with

• Location – any stored location information for the person, such as the floor or space

• Phone – the person's phone number

To locate a particular person, you can enter a value in the Search Company or Name field and click FIND. This narrows the results to include only those occupants whose name or company contains the specified value. For example, entering "Park" will return both Tom Parker and employees of Park Avenue Electric.
