View Utility System
The View Utility System page displays detailed information about a utility system. This page opens after a utility system is first created, or when you click a utility system link on the Find Utility or View Utility page.
If you have the appropriate security rights, you can click the Edit Utility System link and edit the information displayed on this page.
At the top of the page are links to actions that can be taken on a utility system.

Create Utility System – Click this link to open the Create Utility page so that you can to create a new utility system.

Edit Utility System – Click this to make the fields on this page editable.

Find Utility System – Click this link to open the Find Utility page to locate a utility system.
In the gray pane, the following information about the utility system is displayed:

Utility System Name – the name of the utility system

Utility – the utility type of the system
-
Description – the description of the utility system
-
Billing Period – the current billing period for the utility system

Last Updated By – the name of the user who last updated information about the utility system

Comments – any comments about the utility system
-
Status – the status of the invoice, for example, Active or Inactive
Setting a utility system to Inactive also sets all meter sites within the utility system to Inactive; likewise, reactivating a utility system sets all its meter sites to Active.

Metered Option – indicates how much of the utility system's consumption is captured by meter sites

Charge Rate – the amount charged per utility unit for a billing period, if the Calculate from Rate option is set to Yes in the utility system's Allocation settings

Minimum Bill Amount – the minimum amount billed for the utility system every billing period, even if the actual usage is less; consumption for the utility system that costs more than the minimum billing amount will be charged for the actual usage amount.

Line Loss % – an estimate of the utility system's production that is lost

Region – the region to which the utility system belongs

Last Updated - the date and time of when utility system information was updated
The Production Meter Sites pane displays information about each production meter site within the utility system. You can sort the list by clicking any of the column headings.

Meter Site Name – the name of the meter site; click this link to open the View Meter Site page

Description – the description of the meter site

Property – the property to which the meter site belongs

Floor – the floor the meter site is associated with

Space – the space within the property to which the meter site belongs

Sub Space – the subSpace within the property to which the meter site belongs
The Consumption Meter Sites pane displays information about each consumption meter site within the utility system. If the utility system is Partially metered, then a virtual meter site is required. Once a virtual meter site is added to the system, it will appear within the Consumption Meter Sites pane. You can sort the list by clicking any of the column headings.
This pane displays associated meter sites in a hierarchical format, allowing you to view a system’s meter sites in their parent/child relationships. This simplifies the process of finding total consumption for a set of related meter sites or discovering line loss errors.

Additional panes of information may appear if user-defined fields are associated with the utility system. User-defined fields allow information that is particular to a utility system to be stored.
