Learning is organized into the following areas:

• How To – The How To topics provide quick step-by-step instructions for performing simple tasks.
• Tutorials – The Tutorials provide comprehensive, in-depth instructions for performing complicated tasks or setting up advanced functionality.
• ProTips – ProTips are short video tutorials that demonstrate how to perform a task by walking you through it, step-by-step.
• General Information – The General Information topics provide overview information or in-depth analysis of cross-module functionality.
• Troubleshooting – The Troubleshooting topics provide information about solving common problems.
• Tokens – A link to information about the Print and Email tokens available in the system.
