FAMIS 360 and vxObserve

vx Observe is a sister Accruent product that triggers alarms when equipment needs maintenance. For example, if refrigerators in a grocery store rise above a certain temperature, vx Observe can notify users of the issue. For customers who have both products and apply the integration, an alarm in vx Observe automatically creates a work order in FAMIS 360 to address the issue. All work management is then conducted in FAMIS 360 (labor assignment, costs, and so on). Once the issue is fixed, vx Observe clears the alarm, and the work order in FAMIS 360 can be closed. If the work did not fix the issue, vx Observe does not clear the alarm, and 360Facility prevents you from closing the work order and displays an error message.
