Find PR

The Find PR page allows you to search for purchase requisitions based on a complex set of criteria you define. Once you have located the desired purchase requisitions, you can select one from the search results and view or modify the purchase requisition detail information.

To find purchase requisitions:

  1. Access the Requisition module by clicking the Requisition link at the top of the page.

  2. Select the Find PR tab.

The Purchase Requisition - Find page opens.

  3. Specify any of the following criteria to define the set of purchase requisitions you want to find:

    • Property – Click the Select link to find PRs that are associated with a particular property.

    • Region – Click the Select link to find PRs that are associated with a property in a specific region.

    • Warehouse – Select a value to find PRs that are associated with a particular warehouse.

    • PR Type – Select a value to find PRs of a specific type.

    • Search Descriptions – Specify a value to find PRs that have the specified text in either the PR description or any material or service item descriptions. This search is not case-sensitive.

    • PR Line Status – Select a value to find PRs that have any line items that are of a specified status. This status refers to the status of the individual line items, not the PR as a whole.

    • Requestor Name – Specify a value to find PRs that have the specified characters in the name of the requestor. This search is not case-sensitive.

    • Date Requested – Specify values to find PRs that have any line items that are required within a specific date range. The system defaults to a date range of the last month.

  4. Once your search criteria are defined, click FIND.

Only purchase requisitions created for properties that you have security rights to are returned.

Above the result list, the total number of results is displayed. If more than 1000 results are returned, a message appears asking you to further define your criteria.

The following columns of data are displayed. You can sort the list by clicking any of the column headings that are displayed as links.
