Logbook

The SLA Compliance Report now correctly shows the Region 1, Region 2, and Region 3 columns when Include External Data is selected. If a work order does not have values for Region 2 or Region 3, those columns remain blank rather than pulling data from previous rows. Each row’s region data is evaluated independently for accurate reporting.

Logbook

Work Order and Logbook reports now run successfully when the Date Closed – from field is blank. If Date Closed is required, the system displays a notification.

UDF

Inactive values in UDF dropdown lists no longer appear in selection lists for entities. If an inactive value was previously applied, it remains stored and visible on the entity until it is changed.

Region

User administrators can now search and filter regions in the Find Region dialog when associating a region with a user. The search field filters the region list in real time, providing consistent behavior for all roles, including system administrators.

Keys

Update multiple details for Issue Key Copies in a single action. Change the status, associated user, and comments at the same time without updating each field separately. This applies even when the status is not included in a Key Copy Status configuration.

Bulk Upload

Bulk Upload and the User PATCH API now match the Edit User interface functionality. You can update a user’s Company ID without removing their region associations.

When you process user updates with the Bulk Upload tool, if an update for one user fails due to validation or permission checks, the remaining user updates will still complete.

Space Survey

Space Survey performance has been optimized. The system now adds spaces without causing Page Unresponsive errors, even in large buildings or floors. Performance is also improved when Department-Based Security is enabled. Adding spaces typically takes less than 5 seconds.

Schedules

You can now update the Notify Assigned flag in Schedule Management without entering a numeric value in the Notification Rule field. If it is empty, the system defaults to notifying on the work order start date and time.
